CNA (Full-Time)

About the role

CNA Mirabella at ASU supports over 370 residents with a focus on personalized care and modern amenities. The community includes a 21-bed Skilled Unit and a 20-bed memory care unit on the second floor, serving both existing residents and the broader Tempe community.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents, including personal hygiene, medication administration, and meal preparation.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and mobility needs.
• Participate in team meetings and shift handovers to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of resident care and treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and facility policies.

Requirements

• Current and valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license from the State Board of Nursing.
• 1 to 2 years of direct experience in long term care, skilled nursing, geriatrics, etc.
• Demonstrated understanding of long-term care/skilled nursing facility operations.
• Current and valid CPR/AED and First Aid certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.

Skills

• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of long-term care and geriatric care practices.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

$18.00 - $21.00/hour DOE

Thursday-Sunday Day Shift (7:00am-7:00pm)
