Capitol Lakes is hiring CNAs to join our Skilled Nursing Team! Capitol Lakes is a vibrant Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC), conveniently located in the heart of downtown Madison. Responsibilities

• Provide person‑centered, individualized care to residents in the skilled nursing facility.
• Work collaboratively with clinical staff to promote resident safety and well‑being.
• Assist residents with all activities of daily living.
• Participate in a thorough orientation process.
• Take advantage of continuing education opportunities and educational reimbursement programs.

Requirements

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant Certification in the state of Wisconsin is required.
• Prior CNA experience is preferred but not required.

Pay

Wage range: Starting at $19.50/hr. and up, depending on experience.

Schedule

• Full‑Time AM Shifts (6:00am‑2:00pm)
• Full‑Time PM Shifts (2:00pm‑10:00pm)
• Full‑Time NOC Shifts (10:00pm‑6:00am)
