About the role

Provide compassionate and skilled care to patients in their homes. Assist with daily living activities, medication management, and monitor patient health.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications as prescribed
• Assist with personal hygiene and mobility
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition
• Coordinate with healthcare providers for follow-up care

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Previous home health care experience preferred

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong physical stamina and flexibility

Skills

• CPR certification
• Basic computer skills
