CNA - Enhanced Living

About the role

As a CNA you will assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Provide emotional support and companionship, fostering a positive and engaging environment. Facilitate resident participation in recreational and therapeutic activities. Ensure a clean and safe environment by adhering to infection control protocols. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care.

Schedule

• Day Shift: FT (6 am–2:30 pm) or PT/EVENING
• Evening Shift: PT (2:00 pm–10:30 pm), FT, or PRN

Requirements

• State of Iowa active CNA License
• 1 year experience in LTC or RCF preferred but not required

Pay

Starting pay rate based on years of experience.
