CNA – Days & Nights | Madison Lake, Elysian, Morristown

About the Role

Join Freedom Home Care as a Caregiver and provide meaningful one-on-one care that helps clients remain safe and comfortable in their own homes. This role offers the opportunity to build genuine connections with clients without the pressure of a busy facility environment.

Pay

$18–$21/hour based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

• Day Shift: Thursday & Every Other Saturday/Sunday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Night Shift: Monday & Wednesday + Every Other Saturday/Sunday, 5:30 PM – 9:30 PM
• Weekend Rotation: Every other weekend
• Additional hours may be available based on your availability and willingness to pick up shifts.

Requirements

• Previous caregiving experience required
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable vehicle and current auto insurance
• Ability to successfully pass a Minnesota DHS Background Study
• Dependable, professional, and committed to providing quality care

Before working independently with a new client, you’ll meet the client, learn their routine, and understand their care needs so you feel prepared and confident.
