About the role

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will operate on the front lines providing high-quality, compassionate care to our residents daily. Your role includes direct resident care, reporting condition changes to RNs or LPNs, and charting in the POC system. You must demonstrate time management and prioritization of tasks.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity
• Have good communication skills
• Read, write, and communicate in English
• Hold BLS Certification

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Current CPR certification

Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Sign-on Bonus

Benedictine Living Community | Garrison (BLCG) is offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus for starting full-time (0.80 FTE or higher) employment as a CNA. The associate must be actively employed and in good standing to receive the bonus at the time of payouts.
