We’re looking for caring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team at Monarch Springs Wellness & Rehabilitation!
Requirements
- Current CNA license in Missouri
- CPR certification
- At least 6 months CNA experience (or completed clinicals in CNA training)
- Compassion, patience, and strong teamwork skills
Responsibilities
- Provide daily resident care and assistance with activities of daily living
- Take vital signs and monitor resident well-being
- Help with meals, hydration, and personal care
- Keep resident rooms tidy and comfortable
- Report changes in condition to nurses
