CNA - Day Shift, Weekly Pay

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with transfers
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping
• Offer companionship to patients
• Follow the care plan and document accurately via electronic charting
• Report changes in patient condition
• Ensure patient safety, privacy, and confidentiality
• Adhere to the Plan of Care and avoid medication administration

Qualifications & Skills

• Hold a DFS certification
• Effective communication skills
• Physically capable of tasks such as lifting and standing
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Valid TB test
• Pass criminal background and drug tests
• No significant issues on the Nurses Aide Registry
• High school diploma or GED preferred

Key Duties

• Deliver direct patient care and assist with daily activities
• Support client independence
• Work collaboratively within a team
• Use provided PPE and participate in EVV documentation
• Demonstrate dependability and compassion in home health settings
