Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered nursing care and daily living assistance to assigned patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
• Assist with basic health care needs: bathing, grooming, toileting, eating, meal preparation and dining, emotional and spiritual needs.
• Administer delegated tasks and treatments.
• Record vital statistics and other basic health information.
• Collect non-invasive biological specimens as needed.
• Perform clerical work related to scheduling and documenting patient healthcare.
• Prepare patient treatment areas for use; prepare and clean medical equipment; dispose of biomedical waste in accordance with standards and policy.
• Clean patient living areas or treatment rooms.
• Provide one-on-one care to patients when necessary for safe provision of care.
• Assist with hygiene, post‑op vitals, bladder scans, charting, and related tasks.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred (not required).
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred.
• Obtain and maintain required department‑specific competencies and certifications.
• If working in North Dakota (ND) or Minnesota (MN) and not a CNA, must be on the NA Registry through the respective state Dept. of Health within four months of hire.
• If working in Wisconsin, must be on the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry with current work eligibility or be a student nurse currently enrolled at a Board‑approved school, having completed a basic nursing course and 16 hours of clinical experience.

Pay

Salary Range: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Schedule

Shift: 12 Hours - Night Shifts
Job Schedule: Full time
Weekly Hours: 36.00
Opportunity to work 3 12‑hour night shifts a week
Flexible Scheduling
Weekdays, 6:30 PM–7:00 AM + Weekend rotation required: Work three weekend days a month
