About the role
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Morton Plant Rehab-Madonna Ptak Center on the Morton Plant Hospital campus, you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate patient care under the direct supervision of an RN or LPN. Your responsibilities will include assisting patients with daily activities, monitoring vital signs, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment. You will be an essential part of a team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care in a clean, beautiful facility.

Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily activities
- Monitor vital signs
- Ensure a safe and comfortable environment
- Work with a quality team to provide quality care in a clean, stable environment
Requirements
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) License
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification, or willingness to obtain before start date
Qualifications
- One year or more of CNA work experience in a Long-Term Acute Care, Inpatient Rehabilitation or Skilled Nursing Facility is preferred (but not required)
- Newly licensed CNAs are encouraged to apply; training and support provided

Schedule
- Full Time (40 hours per week)
- Overtime available but not required
- Shift Hours: Nights (10:45 pm – 7:15 am)
- Weekend Work: Every Other
- On Call: No
