CNA Certified Nursing Assistant- Nights

About the role

NHC Smithville is seeking experienced Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for making a difference in the lives of elderly patients and a commitment to providing high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities
• Monitor and record patient vital signs
• Administer medications as directed
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of patient rooms
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings

Requirements

• Current certification as a CNA
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or related field preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for some positions)

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Passing score on a state-approved CNA competency exam
• Basic computer skills (optional)

• $2500 sign-on bonus for full-time employees
