About the role
Experience Alabama CNA Certification. Long term care, skilled nursing and/or long-term care experience preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care
- Assist with daily living activities
- Monitor patient health and report changes
- Follow infection control protocols
- Document patient care and progress
Requirements
- Current Alabama CNA certification
- Passing score on the NCLEX-RN or eligibility to take within 90 days
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare team members
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Alabama driver’s license
- Pass background check and drug screening
Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Physical stamina for lifting and moving patients
