CNA Certified Nursing Assistant - Night Shift

About the role

We are seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. This position offers a competitive salary range of $15–$20 per hour, based on experience, along with a $2,750 sign-on bonus for full-time employees.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities
• Monitor and record vital signs
• Administer medications as directed
• Provide personal hygiene assistance
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of living areas
• Communicate resident needs and concerns to supervisory staff

Requirements

• Tennessee CNA certification required
• Experience in long-term care/skilled nursing is preferred but not required
• Positive attitude and ability to work well with others
• Strong communication skills

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current CPR certification
