We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes "Job Summary" and "Qualifications" and "Benefits". Also includes "Shift" info, "Salary Range", "Pay Info: $5,000.00 SIGN ON BONUS!", "Shift Differential", etc. According to rules: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We should include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have content for: Job Summary (could be About the role), Responsibilities (the job summary includes duties), Qualifications, Benefits, Pay (salary range + sign on bonus), Schedule (shift hours, differentials). Also maybe "Skills"? Not explicit. We'll include sections: About the role (Job Summary), Responsibilities (maybe we can extract duties from job summary), Qualifications, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like EEO, drug free workplace, accommodation, etc. Also remove navigation, cookie, legal. Also remove duplicated lines. We need to preserve all substantive information. So include details: Facility, location, address, shift, weekly hours, salary range, sign on bonus, shift differential, etc. Also include benefits list: health, dental, vision insurance, life insurance, 401(k), work/life balance, generous time off, etc. Also mention "Direct access to your earnings daily", "Fun, Family Oriented Work Environment", "Excellent Health, Dental and Vision Insurance", "Generous Shift Differentials", "Health Savings Account", "Company Matched 401(k) Retirement Plan", "Salary Increases", "Referral Bonuses", "Advancement Opportunities", "Paid Time Off", "Compassionate Leave", "Education Assistance Scholarships and Sponsorships", "Continuing Education", "Years of Service Recognition Program". Also mention "Competitive Compensation". Also "Direct access to your earnings daily". Also "Fun, Family Oriented Work Environment". Also "Excellent Health, Dental and Vision Insurance". Also "Generous Shift Differentials". Also "Health Savings Account". Also "Company Matched 401(k) Retirement Plan". Also "Salary Increases". Also "Referral Bonuses". Also "Advancement Opportunities". Also "Paid Time Off". Also "Compassionate Leave". Also "Education Assistance Scholarships and Sponsorships". Also "Continuing Education". Also "Years of Service Recognition Program". Also "Good Samaritan offers an attractive benefits package..." etc. We need to format as
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So for responsibilities we can list duties as bullet points. For qualifications we can list bullet points. For benefits we can list bullet points. For Pay we can include salary range and sign on bonus maybe as

. For Schedule we can include shift hours, differential, weekly hours. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content. We must not include Job ID etc. So drop Req Number line. We must not include application instructions. There's none explicit besides maybe "For more information about Total Rewards, visit ..." that's a link; we can keep as part of benefits? It's a link to benefits page; it's substantive? It's a reference; we could keep as part of benefits paragraph. It's not boilerplate; it's a link to benefits. We'll keep. We must not include duplicated lines. Ensure we don't repeat same benefit twice. Now craft HTML. Structure:

    About the role

Job Summary ... (the paragraph). Could be long; we can keep as

containing the job summary text. Then maybe

    Responsibilities

    with
    • each duty extracted from job summary. But we might duplicate content if we also have job summary paragraph. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Could combine About the role and Responsibilities? But they said use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, etc. We can include both but ensure not thin. We'll include About the role as a brief overview, and Responsibilities as bullet list. Qualifications: bullet list. Benefits: bullet list. Pay:

with salary range and sign on bonus. Schedule:

with shift hours, differential, weekly hours. We need to preserve all substantive information: facility, location, address, shift, weekly hours, salary range, sign on bonus, shift differential, etc. Those go in Schedule or Pay? Facility location maybe in About the role? Could add a short paragraph after About the role? But we have no heading for location; we could embed in About the role paragraph. Let's extract details: Facility: GSS NE Alma Location: Alma, NE Address: 719 Brown St, Alma, NE 68920, USA Shift: 12 Hours - Night Shifts Job Schedule: Full time Weekly Hours: 36.00 Salary Range: $17.00 - $25.50 Pay Info: $5,000.00 SIGN ON BONUS! Shift Differential: M - Th: $2.50 p/h, Fri - Sun: $3.75 Also mention "Direct access to your earnings daily", "Fun, Family Oriented Work Environment", etc. Now craft. We'll produce:

      About the role

The Nursing Assistant (NA) serves as caregiver to the resident during the scheduled work period in long term care. Provides resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance to assigned resident under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN). Knowledge of and delivers age-appropriate care related to the physical and psychological needs of the resident as per care plan. Considered a member of the nursing team and is expected to know, and will be held accountable for, following infection prevention and control policies and Personal Protective Equipment use. Provides assistance with basic health care needs including daily living activities that may include, but are not limited to, bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing/undressing, obtaining and recording vital signs, and providing psychosocial support and other personal care to assigned resident. Completes tasks related to food preparation and dining, while creating a positive dining experience for the resident. Assists residents with meals and snacks, provides water and supplements as appropriate. The NA aids providers and nursing staff members with procedures, if needed. Documents resident interactions as needed and the outcomes related to resident care, behavior, activity, and dietary. Communicates resident's changing condition and care related concerns/responses to the charge nurse. Collects non-invasive body fluid specimens and gathers vital signs. Provides assistance and documentation with wellness and recreational programs and encourages residents to participate. May participate in departmental/organization committees and task forces as needed.

Then Responsibilities: maybe we can list bullet points summarizing duties. But we already have the job summary paragraph covering duties. To avoid duplication, we could skip Responsibilities section and just have About the role. But the instruction says use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, etc. It doesn't require both; we can choose to include only About the role if we think it's sufficient. However we have a lot of duty detail; we could keep About the role as overview and Responsibilities as bullet list to avoid large paragraph. But that would duplicate content. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Having both About the role (paragraph) and Responsibilities (list) might be okay if each is substantive. However the Responsibilities list would be derived from the same content; it's not thin if we list many duties. It's okay. But we must not repeat the same info verbatim? It's okay to rephrase? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." So we need to keep all detail; we can keep the paragraph as is and also list bullet points that are essentially same content but maybe rephrased; that would be summarizing? Might be okay if we keep all detail but not omit. However listing bullet points may omit some nuance if we don't capture everything. Safer to keep only About the role paragraph and not have Responsibilities to avoid potential omission. But then we might miss using the Responsibilities heading which is allowed but not required. The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It's examples, not mandatory to include all. So we can include only those sections that have real specific content. We have content for About the role (job summary), Qualifications, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. That's enough. Thus we will not include Responsibilities. Now Qualifications: bullet list. Extract qualifications: - High school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred, but not required. - Minimum age of 16. - Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred. - Required Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing, or state certified CNA within four months of date into the position by being enrolled in a training program or in the process of obtaining certification through Endorsement. - CNA training and certification required and provided by facility. - Satisfactorily completes yearly department specific competency testing and maintains a record of continuing education credits for each year. - A minimum of 12 hours continuing education are required annually. - Maintains all department specific required certifications. - When applicable, for applicable states, certified and registered with the Unlicensed Assistive Person (UAP) Registry. - Dependent on facility and required responsibilities, this role may classify as a Sanford Category II Driver requiring a motor vehicle report and proof of valid driver’s license. - Also must be medically qualified to perform the essential driving functions of this position as per our Sanford Driving Policy per the leaders request. We'll list each as
    • . Benefits: bullet list. We'll list each as
    • . The first sentence about attractive benefits package could be a

then list. But we can just list all as

    • . Might be okay. Pay:
