About the Role

Certified Nursing Aides (CNAs) at Autumn Leaves Nursing and Rehabilitation Center provide essential services that directly or indirectly affect patients, families, team members, and the public. Schedule

• Full-time: 12-hour shifts (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
• PRN positions also available

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certified Nurse Aide in the State of Texas
• CPR certification (preferred)
• Reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Enjoy working in a skilled nursing facility setting
• Eagerness to improve and continuously learn new skills
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Physical capability to perform job-related duties
• Compassionate and supportive demeanor
• Available to work different shifts, including nights and/or weekends
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care
• Willingness to enforce health and safety standards
• Pride in providing high-quality care
• Hoyer Lift experience (specific to resident)
