Qualifications

• Be certified in the state of Indiana

• Have professional appearance and behavior
• Meet basic qualifications set by the Indiana Department of Health (read, write, perform simple math)
• Successfully complete Basic Aide Training Course
• Satisfactorily pass a physical examination
