(CNA) Certified Nursing Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff.
• Aid residents with activities of daily living such as feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.
• Offer supportive care and services to meet residents' physical, emotional, and daily living needs.
• Monitor residents and promptly report any changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment conducive to residents' dignity and well-being.
• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Hold a current, active, and unencumbered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of employment.
• Have a valid Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification.
• Be able to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Show compassion, patience, and a strong commitment to providing high-quality resident care.
• Display strong communication skills and the ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.

Pay

Hourly Range: $20.50 – $27.00/hr (Based on Experience & Incentives)

Schedule

All shifts available, including full-time and per-diem positions.
