Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate CNA to join our dedicated staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care, including assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and activities
• Assist with mealtime and snacks, ensuring that our residents receive the care and sustenance they need to thrive
• Support our residents with medication management and administration, as needed
• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans
• Engage in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry best practices and advancements

Requirements

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Ohio
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
