CNA / Certified Nursing Assistant

About the role

Carriage Square Rehab & Healthcare Center is a skilled nursing community dedicated to providing clinical excellence and compassionate care to our residents. We are currently hiring Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) to join our dedicated clinical team in delivering top-quality resident care.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care for residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Assist with personal hygiene and grooming
• Support residents with mobility and transfers
• Encourage social engagement and emotional well-being
• Serve meals and document food/fluid intake
• Maintain clean and comfortable resident environments (make beds, tidy spaces)
• Support the clinical team with daily care needs and documentation

Requirements

• Current Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) license in the state of Missouri
• High school diploma or equivalent
• COVID-19 vaccination completed or willingness to receive it

Pay

Competitive wages with adjusted rates based on years of service. Same Day Pay available.

Schedule

Days and Nights, 12-hour shifts with shift differentials available 24 hours a day.
