CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents in their daily routines within our Assisted Living, Memory Care, or Skilled Nursing units. This part-time night shift position (7:00 PM to 7:30 AM) offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and their families.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other daily activities
• Respond to call lights and provide timely support
• Observe and report any changes in residents' conditions
• Launder residents’ personal belongings
• Help maintain a clean and safe environment
• Work closely with team members to ensure quality care
• Participate in shift reports at the beginning and end of shifts

Requirements

• Current CNA certification
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English
• Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of compassion
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
