CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant

Responsibilities

• Fulfills The Community’s philosophy and goals to enhance residents' quality of care and life.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living as per their care plans.
• Documents resident care assignments accurately.
• Maintains safety protocols during nursing care to ensure resident safety.
• Complies with all policies and procedures of The Community.
• Participates in facility meetings and in-service training programs.
• Fulfills infection control guidelines.
• Reports any changes in residents' conditions promptly to the Charge Nurse.
• Promotes positive relationships with residents, family members, and guests.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
• Passion for serving seniors and maintaining their well-being.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures.
• Basic computer skills for accessing resident records.

Schedule

Shifts available include:

• Days: 6am-2:30 pm - Part-Time
• Evenings: 2pm-10:30pm - Full-Time & Part-Time
• Nights: 10pm-6:30am - Full-Time & Part-Time
