About the role

Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to residents in a skilled nursing facility
- Support residents with behavioral health and substance use issues
Requirements
- State of Connecticut CNA Certification
- Proficiency in English
- COVID-19 Primary series vaccination required (Religious and Medical Exemptions are available)
Previous CNA experience is preferred, but not required.
