What You'll Do
- Personal Care: Bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, toileting
- Mobility Support: Repositioning, getting in/out of bed, transfers, walking safely
- Vitals & Monitoring: Checking vitals, reporting weight changes, monitoring physical/mental health
- Feeding & Hydration: Assisting with meals, snacks, ensuring fluid intake
- Living Assistance: Making beds, tidying rooms, participating in activities
- Companionship: Providing friendship, emotional support
- Documenting care provided
Qualifications
- Certified to work within the State of Delaware as a CNA
- Pass background check, drug screen, professional references check, and physical evaluation
- Kind, compassionate, dependable, committed, and ready to work as a team
