About the role
Allure of Galesburg is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for various shifts. We welcome both entry-level and experienced candidates.
Responsibilities
- Aid residents with meals, feeding, hydration, and nourishment between meals
- Provide personal hygiene care including bathing, grooming, toileting, and showers
- Ambulate, transfer, turn, and position residents as needed
- Maintain resident privacy and dignity while complying with HIPAA guidelines
- Monitor resident stability by checking vital signs and weights; record intake and output
- Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests
- Complete required documentation including forms, reports, logs, and records
- Report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
- Participate in ongoing education and training
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Current Illinois CNA certification
- Current CPR certification
- Long-term care experience preferred
Qualifications
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds
- Visual and auditory ability sufficient for effective communication
- Moderate noise level in the work environment

Pay
Up to $19 - $25.50 per hour
Schedule
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
