About the role
Franklin Wellness & Rehab is seeking compassionate, reliable CNAs to join our care team in a team-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide supportive services and performs duties as assigned by clinical leadership.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living in accordance to care plans.
- Assist with patient care tasks and coordinate dining services including meal tray delivery, feeding assistance, and documentation of meal intake.
- Report any changes in a resident's condition to the nurse supervisor and keep them informed of factors that interfere with being able to perform work as assigned.
- Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.
Requirements
- An active CNA Certification for the state of Tennessee
- Current CPR/BLS Certification
