CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant)

About the role

Whites Creek Wellness & Rehabilitation Center is seeking compassionate, reliable CNAs to join our care team in a team-driven environment. As a CNA, you'll be an essential part of our residents' care.

Responsibilities

• Provide supportive services and perform duties as assigned by clinical leadership.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living in accordance with care plans.
• Assist with patient care tasks and coordinate dining services including meal tray delivery, feeding assistance, and documentation of meal intake.
• Report any changes in a resident's condition to the nurse supervisor and keep them informed of factors that interfere with being able to perform work as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.

Requirements

• An active CNA Certification for the state of Tennessee
• Current CPR/BLS Certification
