Responsibilities

• Record vital signs, including blood pressure and pulse rate, as requested by staff
• Remind patients to take medications and nutritional supplements
• Check patient vital signs daily and maintain precise records in patient charts

Requirements

• Successful completion of a Nursing Assistant Program
• Clear and active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) licensure in the state of practice
