About the Role

As a CNA at Morris View Healthcare Center, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care to our residents. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide individualized care, support, and assistance to our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment will be essential in maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for our residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Assist with mobility and ambulation, including transferring residents to and from wheelchairs and beds
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions, including vital signs and behavior
• Support residents with daily living activities, such as feeding and medication management
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and activities
