CNA - Certified Nurses Aide (FT/PRN)

Join our Team of Excellence at Wynscape Health & Rehab at Wyndemere, a small 56-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Wheaton! We are looking for compassionate, high-energy Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) with a passion for working with seniors to provide assistance and care for our residents.

About the role

As a CNA, you will document care, provide updates to nurses, maintain clean and orderly rooms, answer assistance calls with urgency, and support residents with daily living activities. We offer excellent pay, benefits, work/life balance, and a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assists residents with dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, positioning, turning, toileting, and exercising
• Gives treatments, performs tests, carries out procedures, and collects specimens as instructed
• Transfers, transports, and escorts residents using Hoyer lifts and other mechanical assists
• Answers signal lights promptly
• Changes bed linens, makes beds, and keeps rooms clean and orderly

Requirements

• CNA Certification required
• Desire to provide high-level care, customer service, and hospitality
• Excellent organizational skills
• 1 year of experience in Skilled Nursing preferred

$20.00–$24.00 per hour

Schedule

• Full-time, part-time, and PRN availability
• Standard 8-hour shifts: day, evening, or night
• Rotating weekends
