Monitor vital signs, report changes to the nursing staff, and maintain accurate records. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) and vital sign monitoring.
- Maintains accurate and detailed records of resident care, charting, and reporting changes to the nursing staff.
- Implements care interventions as needed.
- Maintains effective relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Maintains a safe and clean environment, adhering to established infection control and safety protocols.
Requirements
- Current Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification in New York
