How to Apply
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Provide mobility assistance, transfers, and ambulation support
- Help with medication reminders as directed by care plans
- Prepare light meals and assist with feeding when necessary
- Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, dishes, and tidying living areas
- Monitor clients’ physical and emotional well-being and report any changes to supervisors
- Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
- Follow all company policies and state caregiving regulations
Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the State of Hawaii
Current CPR/First Aid certification preferred
Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred but not required
Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality
Ability to communicate clearly with clients, families, and team members
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred
Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Ability to lift, move, or assist clients up to 50 lbs with proper techniques
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and assist clients for extended periods
Comfortable working in clients’ homes with varying environments
