About the Role
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides direct patient care by performing tasks aligned with their skill level and patient needs, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. They support nursing staff and help maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment to facilitate effective nursing care.
Responsibilities
- Assist with patient care activities as directed by the RN
- Support a safe and organized environment
- Contribute to patient-focused, whole-person care
Requirements
- Montana Nursing Assistant Certification License upon hire
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Minimum of 6 months CNA experience and successful completion of orientation
Preferred Qualifications
- CNA certification via training or challenging the Montana CNA exam
