About the role
This posting represents a .6 FTE, night shift opening (7pm-7:30am, 2, 12 hour shifts per week) with rotating weekends.
Responsibilities
- Assists a Registered Nurse (RN) in providing comprehensive nursing care by performing specified duties and functions under the direct supervision of the RN.
- Participates in interdisciplinary rounds and collaborates with other members of the healthcare team to ensure patient care plans are implemented effectively.
- Monitors patients' vital signs and reports any changes to the RN.
- Administers medications and treatments as directed by the RN.
- Documents patient care activities accurately and promptly in the medical record.
- Ensures patient comfort and safety by assisting with personal hygiene, positioning, and mobility needs.
- Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to address patient needs and concerns.
Requirements
- Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification License
- National Provider BLS – American Heart Association
Qualifications
- Required Qualifications: Upon hire - Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification License, National Provider BLS – American Heart Association
- Preferred Qualifications: 1 year of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Pay
The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
