Responsibilities

• Put resident service first and ensure residents and their families receive the highest quality care.
• Under the direction of a licensed nurse, deliver efficient and effective nursing care essential to caring for the personal needs and comfort of residents, including but not limited to:
  • Assisting residents with or performing Activities of Daily Living (ADL).
  • Assisting residents with ambulation and transfers.
  • Assisting licensed nurse with treatments and procedures as needed.
• Maintain the confidentiality of all resident care information.
• Promote a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice and living environment.

Requirements

• Successful completion of a state-approved certified nursing assistant program.
• Current CNA certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of computer use or willingness to learn.

Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment.
• Nursing Assistant experience providing direct care to multiple residents.
• Behavioral care / memory care experience.

Pay

$22.00 to $23.00 per hour.
