About the role
As a CNA, you'll be responsible for providing direct patient care and support to our residents in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to the nursing staff
- Providing personalized care and attention to each resident's unique needs and preferences
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and progress
Requirements
- Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Rhode Island
- 0 years of experience in a healthcare setting (new graduates welcome to apply!)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
