Join our team of professionals and make a difference in someone’s life. CNAs see patients in the most ideal setting—where the patient resides. Offices are located in Dunmore, PA and East Stroudsburg, PA. We do our best to schedule CNA visits within a sensible geographic territory every day.

Shift

Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm (5–7 visits daily)

Responsibilities

• Administer personal care and ADL assistance to patients according to the individual’s care plan
• Report patient status changes to nursing supervisor on a continuous basis
• Prepare, maintain, and submit documentation as required in a thorough and timely manner

Requirements

• Current Pennsylvania certification as a Certified Nurse Aide
• Current PA driver’s license
• Ability to travel to multiple patient assignments daily
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
