Strawberry Point Lutheran Home is looking for a dedicated CNA to join our Memory Care Manor, a 16-bed unit specializing in care for residents with dementia. In this role, you will provide compassionate care in a secure environment, helping residents engage in activities that support their well-being and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care in a secure memory care environment
• Help residents engage in activities that support their well-being and quality of life
• Work independently and as part of the care team

Requirements

• Current CNA certificate in Iowa
• Experience in memory care or skilled nursing preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to resident needs
• Able to work independently and as part of the care team

Pay

Hourly pay: $18.00–$19.50

Schedule

• Shifts: 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM (36 hours/week)
• Holidays: Rotating coverage required
• Weekends: Every other weekend
