Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
- Assist with daily living activities as needed.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team.
- Administer medications as prescribed by a physician.
- Ensure patient comfort and safety.
Requirements
- Current High School graduate
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in State of North Dakota or willing to complete CNA course
- Current BLS Certification (must be obtained within first 6 months of hire)
Qualifications
- Must be able to work flexible hours including 12-hour night shifts
Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
