About the role

As a Caregiver with Qualicare, you'll be a key part of our home care team, reporting to a Care Coordinator and delivering hands-on personal support tailored to each client's needs.

Responsibilities

• Help clients with personal hygiene and daily care routines
• Prepare meals
• Handle light housekeeping tasks
• Join clients for outings, errands, and shopping trips
• Offer reminders and assistance with medication
• Support clients with mobility and transportation
• Be a steady, friendly presence and source of companionship
• Follow each client's individualized care plan
• Keep accurate documentation and charting

Requirements

• A certified nurse aide license
• Prior caregiving experience is a plus
• Current CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to complete training
• A clear TB test or chest x-ray
• Reliable transportation to travel within your service area
• A working phone and internet access

Pay

Hourly pay: $18–$22, among the most competitive rates for home health agencies in greater Boston
