About the Role

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents. You will provide direct patient care, including assisting with daily living activities, monitoring vital signs, and reporting any changes in condition to the nursing team. You will work closely with our highly skilled medical and long-term care teams to deliver coordinated, holistic care for the whole person—mind, spirit, and body.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse
• Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and using the bathroom
• Monitor patients' vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure
• Report any changes in patients' condition to the nursing team
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans

Requirements

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to pass a background check
