Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding).
- Monitor and record vital signs, report changes to nursing staff.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment.
- Assist with documenting resident care in accordance with facility policies.
Qualifications
- Current Alaska CNA Certification (required)
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff
- Caregiver-oriented attitude
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position
- Previous healthcare experience preferred but not required — we provide training
Pay
Pay: $20.49 – $25.09 per hour (base pay)
Schedule
Shift Differentials: +$.60 Day | +$1.50 NOC | +$2.00 Weekend
