About the role

As a CNA, you’ll provide essential care that helps patients thrive, while we provide the support and recognition you deserve.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic care such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and grooming
• Monitor and record vital signs
• Administer medications as prescribed
• Assist with mobility and transfers
• Support patients’ emotional and psychological needs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans

Requirements

• Clean and current KY CNA License
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or similar field preferred but not required

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for providing high-quality care

Skills

• Basic medical knowledge
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Good physical stamina and dexterity
