CNA

About the role

We are currently hiring Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) to help ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of our residents while supporting them to live at their highest possible level of independence and function.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services to residents
• Assist with daily living activities
• Monitor and report resident health status
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions

Requirements

• North Dakota–licensed CNA (or willing to obtain certification with our support)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license (if applicable)
• Passing scores on a background check and drug screening

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and ability to handle stressful situations

Skills

• Basic first aid and CPR certification
• Knowledge of nursing procedures and techniques

Pay

• Hourly Wage: $20.36–$24.81 (DOE)
• Evening & weekend shift differentials
• Sign-On Incentive: - $6,000 for Full-Time
• $3,000 for Part-Time (Paid quarterly over a 15-month contract for qualified candidates)

Schedule

• 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Includes every-other weekend and holiday rotation
