About the role

We are currently seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our outstanding healthcare team!

Responsibilities

• Deliver efficient and effective nursing care essential to caring for the personal needs and comfort of residents.
• Assist residents with or perform Activities of Daily Living (ADL).
• Ambulate and transfer residents under the direction of a licensed nurse.
• Perform treatments and procedures as directed by a licensed nurse.
• Maintain the confidentiality of all resident care information.
• Promote a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice and living environment.

Requirements

• Successful completion of a state-approved certified nursing assistant program.
• Current CNA certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of computer use or willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Nice to have experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment.
• Nursing Assistant experience providing direct care to multiple residents.
• Experience in behavioral care or memory care preferred.

Pay

Salary Range: $24-$27 per hour
Sign On Bonus: $3,600

Schedule

Details on schedule will be provided upon hire.
