Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and assistance in accordance with the plan of care
- Avoid obtaining vital signs and other measurements as directed and documents findings
- Aiding with activities of daily living (i.e., bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, skin care)
- Recognize and report abnormal findings or changes in patient status
Requirements
- One (1) year of verifiable health aide/healthcare experience
- Active Certified Nurse Assistant License
- Current CPR Certification
- Active Driver's License, Auto Insurance and reliable transportation
Qualifications
- Attention to detail; able to carefully follow instructions and document notes regarding a patient's condition
Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures
