CNA

Key Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Support daily living activities and encourage independence.
• Monitor and report changes in health, behavior, or well-being.
• Absorb medication reminders as permitted by policy.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive environment.
• Transport and accompany individuals to appointments and community activities as needed.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification (if required by position/state regulations).
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• 18 years or older.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Valid car insurance.
• CPR/First Aid preferred.
• Physical ability to lift, transfer, and assist individuals as needed.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical caregiving tasks throughout the shift.
