Atrio Home Care is a partnership of Holland Home and Resthaven home health agencies. We are growing and are seeking a passionate home health CNA to grow with us!

About the role

Manageable caseloads with clients concentrated within a manageable geographic territory.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to clients in a person-centered care environment, including assistance with activities of daily living, emotional support and monitoring the client’s needs.

Requirements

• Valid/current CNA certificate in good standing through the State of Michigan.
• Experience in one or more of the following: private duty, home care, hospice, or assisted living.
• Must be at least 18 years of age, reliable transportation, and a valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance, a clean driving record and the ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen, access to a computer and an email address.
