About the role
Fleetwood Post Acute is a 102-bed skilled nursing facility in Easley, South Carolina. We offer competitive pay starting at $16/hour with potential for up to $19/hour based on experience, shift differentials for nights and weekends, and comprehensive benefits including healthcare plans, PTO, and a 401(k) with company match.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Support mobility, transfers, and repositioning
- Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment
- Follow individualized care plans
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered care
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Active, unencumbered CNA certification in South Carolina (required)
- Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassion for an underserved population
