Full-time night shift Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) position available at Fairmount Homes, a 5-star facility on a beautiful 50+ acre campus in rural Ephrata, PA. Schedule

• Night shift: 10:30 pm – 6:30 am, Monday – Friday
• 32 or 40 hours per week
• No weekends

Pay

• Base pay: $24.10 – $26.05 per hour
• Shift differentials:
  • +$1.25/hour for weekends
  • +$3.00/hour for evening shift
  • +$2.00/hour for night shift

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including eating, bathing, elimination, ambulation, and positioning, following facility policies.
• Report pertinent information or changes in residents’ conditions promptly to the charge nurse.
• Obtain and record vital signs, weights, calorie counts, intake, and output accurately.
• Ensure each resident maintains a clean and neat appearance.

• Collaborate with a team to provide resident-centered care.

Requirements

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania (or in the process of obtaining certification).
• Sincere desire to work with older adults and sensitivity to their needs.
