About the role
Excelcare at Wayne is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join their care team.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living needs (meals, hydration, turning, ambulation)
- Support personal hygiene and comfort
- Monitor residents and report concerns to nursing staff
- Document food/fluid intake and care provided
- Auxiliary feeding and nutritional supplements
- Maintain clean, safe resident living areas
- Transport residents within the facility
- Support nursing staff as needed
- Follow all facility policies, professional standards, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain resident and facility confidentiality
Qualifications
- Must have a CNA license in the state of New Jersey
- Experience in long term care
- Dependent, compassionate, and professional
